INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. —

Federal agents spent hours on Thursday at a home in Indian Trail.

Neighbors said officials were at the home for about eight hours Thursday.

Eyewitness News saw Homeland Security agents from the Carolinas and Georgia go into the garage with large cardboard boxes and then fill them up with evidence.

Channel 9 counted more than 100 boxes stacked in the driveway.

They were loaded into a moving truck, which was marked with two warning signs -- one said “dangerous,” and the other said “explosives.”

Agents would not say what was inside those boxes.

Neighbors said a couple moved into the house about two years ago but that they kept to themselves.

“Man, you don't know. Even if it's a nice little neighborhood with big houses and nice cars, you just don't know your neighbor,” neighbor Andy Rodriguez said.

Homeland Security said one person at the home was arrested but they haven't released the person’s name.

Eyewitness News checked property records, but there was no online listing for the homeowners.
