CONCORD, N .C. —
A fire destroyed an empty farmhouse in Concord overnight.
The fire started before 2 a.m. at the home near the intersection of Groff Street and Sundale Avenue.
Flames could be seen shooting through the roof.
No one was injured in the fire.
Channel 9 learned there was electricity running to the house but no one lived there.
Investigators were on the scene looking for the cause of the fire.
