Former N.C. governor allowed to practice law again

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

Former North Carolina governor Mike Easley is allowed to practice law again.

His law license was suspended two years ago in a campaign finance-related felony conviction.

On Tuesday, the state bar reinstated the two-term Democratic governor's law license, saying he met the requirements of his suspension.
