Friday: Third straight morning in 30s for first time since April

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

Friday morning was the third straight day that temperatures dropped into the 30s.

The last time temps were this low for three straight days was April.

A warm-up is expected Friday afternoon, with temps around 58 degrees by noon.

The high is expected to reach the mid-60s.

Saturday is shaping up to be a beautiful fall day, with just a few clouds dotting the sky.

Highs will be around 65 degrees in Saturday.

Sunday will be the area’s first chance of rain with a few small showers possible early in the day.
