HICKORY, N.C. —

A Hickory man will go before a judge on Monday in an effort to have his rape conviction overturned.

Willie Grimes will go before a three-judge panel to try and prove he did not rape a woman in 1987.

The district attorney has subpoenaed another man, Albert Turner.

Court documents show Turner's fingerprints were found on evidence at the crime scene back in 1987.
