Judge declares mistrial in murder case

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. —

A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a man charged with murder.

The jury deliberated for a day and a half in the Jermanie Glover trial.

He is accused of killing Misty Carter in 2009.

Carter's body was found burned at a parkway overlook near the North Carolina arboretum.

Investigators said they found her blood on a couch at Glover's home.
