Investigators found $7,900 worth of marijuana in a home containing an indoor grow operation, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said.
Officers said they went to a home on Hagers Ferry Road in Denver with a search warrant after receiving a tip about a grow operation.
The sheriff’s office said eight marijuana plants were in the grow operation, and other marijuana plants were found in the home. More than 65 ounces of the drug was discovered, according to investigators.
Bryan Lanning, 43, was charged with one felony count each of manufacturing a controlled substance schedule VI, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and possession with the intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance Schedule VI. He was also charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and four misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
