CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services officials said it's experiencing delays and problems with state's new Medicaid system. Last week, Eyewitness News dug into major issues for providers across the state dealing with NCTracks. The digital system cost the state nearly a half billion dollars. It was designed to better process Medicaid claims.
