SHELBY, N.C. —
A medical examiner will be back on the stand on Tuesday morning during a murder trial in Shelby.
On Friday, prosecutors showed the jury a rape kit used in the examination of Margaret Tessneer's body.
Donald Borders is accused of raping and kidnapping the elderly woman in her home 10 years ago.
Police said the kit contains Borders' DNA.
Prosecutors are expected to wrap up their case this week.
