The clouds are producing a few sprinkles Thursday morning, but more sun is on the way for the afternoon.Temperatures will warm nicely to nearly 80 degrees again, which may lead to a small chance of rain.A much better chance for stormy weather will arrive Friday afternoon, with heavy rain and strong winds possible.The weather system is in the Midwest Thursday and will arrive in the Carolinas Friday afternoon and evening. A gorgeous weekend is on tap with refreshing air in place, featuring sunshine and cooler temperatures in the 60s.
