New manufacturing facility expected to bring 20 jobs to York County
YORK COUNTY, S.C. —
Keller USA Inc. plans to open a new manufacturing facility in York County, generating 20 new jobs.
The company, which is a maker of industrial filtration products, chose an existing building on Carolina Place Drive for the facility.
"We have expanded to support the growth of our customer base, and are now more strategically located to better serve them throughout North America," said Jeffrey Zullo, Keller USA Inc. executive vice president. "We recently acquired the 16,000-square-foot Fort Mill facility, which not only provides expanded space for administrative offices and a larger warehouse, but will also allow room for expansion with manufacturing capacity as well."
The company announced the $2.5 million investment on Friday.
"It is always exciting to see a company choose to call South Carolina home. We celebrate Keller USA's decision to invest $2.5 million and create 20 new jobs in Fort Mill. Our business-friendly climate continues to attract job-creating investments from companies across the nation and around the globe," said Gov. Nikki Haley.
