CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
Dozens of Boy Scouts are getting the training needed to track down a missing person.
Since 10 a.m. roughly 80 Boy Scouts have been out in Reedy Creek Park learning search and rescue skills.
Both the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police and Fire departments worked with the Scouts to make the event happen.
The exercise should wrap up around 2 p.m. Saturday.
