NORTH CAROLINA —
Gastonia police are hoping someone will recognize a man and woman who stole from a CVS and then hit an employee with their getaway car. Police said on New Year's Day a man ran out of the pharmacy on Court Drive as an employee chased him. The man got into a gray car with a woman behind the wheel. Police said she hit the employee, and then drove roughly 300 feet with the man on the hood before he flew off. The man is described as 6 feet 1 inch tall, about 140 pounds, with blue eyes and sandy hair. Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call Gastonia police.
