CONOVER, N.C. —
One woman is facing charges after police said she robbed half a dozen pharmacies in three counties.
Officers finally tracked down Lorrie Griffin after a robbery at a CVS in Conover Monday night.
In each case, investigators said Griffin passed a note claiming she was armed and demanded oxycodone.
Officers said a partial license plate number helped track her down.
They also spotted her getting out of a truck at her home in Denver.
Officers found pills and a BB gun inside.
They said they think Griffin may have been selling the pills.
Griffin’s 19-year-old daughter, Chandra, is also charged with drug possession.
