CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

Rainy weather is wrapping up Wednesday morning, but the clouds will be slow to clear.

A cold front will move in by Friday night.

The forecast outlook for the weekend is starting to become clearer.  Charlotte could see a few sprinkles Friday night.

Sunshine will be in the forecast for most of the weekend, with a few clouds possible Saturday.

Mountains may see some minor accumulating snow into Saturday.
