CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
A reward has been increased for information about the person who killed a Charlotte father for $20.
In June, police said someone shot Matthew Hawkins at a home on East 17th Street in the Belmont neighborhood.
Hawkins died a few days later.
A local company added $5,000 to the Crime Stoppers reward for information that helps police make an arrest. The reward is now $10,000.
