ROCK HILL, S.C. —
The South Carolina Department of Transportation plans to inspect every bridge on Interstate 77 in South Carolina starting Monday.
This has been in response to a number of holes appearing on the highway since June. Just last week, crews finally reopened a 2-mile section of I-77 between Dave Lyle Boulevard and Celanese Road in Rock Hill. Contractors had been fixing two huge holes that opened.
