CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. —

A man and woman were arrested on cocaine trafficking charges after a yearlong investigation, the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office said.

Jennifer Robinson, 32, was charged with felonious trafficking in cocaine and two counts of felonious maintaining a dwelling to keep/store a controlled substance. Aaron Pearson, 38, was charged with felonious trafficking in cocaine and felonious maintaining a dwelling to keep/store a controlled substance.

Robinson is the owner and operator of JennaDollzz Tanning salon in Granite Falls, the sheriff’s office said.

Investigators said they had been conducting surveillance, interviews and undercover controlled purchases from them out of the business and home. That resulted in search warrants for the business and home, according to the sheriff’s office. Officials said Robinson and Pearson were taken into custody at the business.

Investigators said powder cocaine and a small amount of marijuana were found at the business and home.
