Sheriff: 277 grams of cocaine found during traffic stop

LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. —

More than 270 grams of cocaine were found during a traffic stop in Lancaster, the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office said.

Lepoleon Hall, 35, was stopped on Zion Road. Investigators said he was known to have a suspended driver’s license.

During the stop, investigators said, they found a loaded handgun, about 1 pound of marijuana and approximately 277 grams of cocaine. The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $28,500, officials said.

Hall was charged with driving under suspension second offense, trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and unlawful carrying of a handgun. 

His bond has been denied, the sheriff’s office said.
