CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
The sky is clearing quickly Tuesday morning and plenty of sunshine will return for the rest of the day.The sunshine will bring warmer temperatures with highs jumping back to near 60 degrees Tuesday, Severe Weather Center 9 meteorologist Keith Monday said.Dry and sunny weather will hang on through Wednesday, with another day in the 60s.Clouds will gather Thursday afternoon, but the rain should hold off until the evening hours.It looks like it could be a decent rain event Thursday night with at least a half inch likely.Dry weather returns Friday afternoon and the weekend looks to be dry as well.The weekend will be a bit cooler with temperatures around 50 degrees on Saturday.
