Special prosecutors will not seek criminal charges against a Stanly County court worker.
Last month, the State Bureau of Investigation told Eyewitness News it was investigating trial court coordinator Susan Honeycutt.
The investigation was in regard to her son’s criminal charges and another situation involving an Albemarle police officer.
Yesterday, justice officials told the Stanly County District Attorney’s office that no charges will be filed.
