CHARLOTTE, N.C. —

An issue with Time Warner Cable created an issue for some viewers watching "The Bachelorette" on WSOC-TV. The problem was resolved shortly before 9 p.m. Monday.

Now, customers were reporting an issue with satellite television service. WSOC-TV on DirecTV was in black for about 30 minutes, but there was a message superimposed telling customers of the issue. The problem has been fixed.

The problem was only affecting viewers on the standard definition channel. For viewers watching in high definition, the picture is clear. Officials with the cable company have not said what has caused the issue.

For people who missed Monday night's episode of "The Bachelorette" due to technical errors, the episode will be available Tuesday on wsoctv.com. To watch it and other shows on ABC, click here.
