The coast guard is now searching for the captain of an abandoned ship missing off the coast of Cape Hatteras. Other crew members were rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard early this morning. Their ship, the HMS Bounty, started taking on water during the storm and sank.
The coast guard found one missing crew member Monday evening, but she was unresponsive.
The captain is wearing a special suit that only protected him from the cold for 15 hours.
The coast guard is using a helicopter and airplane to search for them.
