Man Who Accused Beason Of Assault Sues For Damages
CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
The man who accused Panthers linebacker Jon Beason of assault is suing him.
Greg Frye's attorney filed a lawsuit Tuesday asking for at least $10,000 in damages from Beason.
Frye said Beason punched him in November at the Uptown Cabaret.
Beason’s attorney said the claims are completely false.
