Meet Bark In The Park's 'Top Dog'

Bark In The Park - Top Dog Contest - Sam R Sam R. Out of the three finalists, Sam R. is this year's "Top Dog" in Harris Teeter/ Purina® Bark in the Park Top Dog Photo Contest.

As the winning Top Dog, Sam R. and his owner will be grand marshals of the Pooch Parade. First Prize is a commissioned portrait (value up to $3,000) by nationally known local artist Mark Durham, plus a Harris Teeter/Purina® prize pack.

Bark In The Park - Top Dog Contest - Charlee Belle Charlee Belle A panel of judges selected these three finalists from all the photos submitted to the contest. A total of 21,420 people cast online votes for this year's Top Dog.
