YORK COUNTY, S.C. —
Stephanie Wilson said she went outside Wednesday and couldn't find her miniature horse "Blackie."
While she was searching for him she noticed the fence had been cut from top to bottom.
Wilson said it was likely the horse was there one minute and gone the next.
She called York County sheriff's deputies.
"They came out, looked at the fence, took pictures of it. There were golf cart tracks all the way behind me, all the way to a house, but I don't know who took it,” she said.
Wilson is offering a cash reward for the safe return of her horse.
