SALISBURY, N.C. —
Neighbors in two small Salisbury communities expressed concern Sunday. Scientists found higher than average rates of lymphoma and brain cancer in the Millford Hills and Meadowbrook communities.
City leaders said a report will show no health risks for people who live in the area. But neighbors like Cathy Alexander were worried. "It concerns me," Alexander said. "It's serious."
Federal agents planned to release a report and were scheduled for a public meeting Monday night at Salisbury High School.
