GRANITE FALLS, N.C. —
Flowers line the outside of Granite and Gun Pawn Inc., where 65-year-old Tony Myers was found dead.
Officers from the Granite Falls Police Department said they plan to bring in a sketch artist Tuesday afternoon.
Police said two customers called 911 Monday afternoon after they found the body inside the Main Street shop.
Investigators wouldn't say if anything was taken from the store.
Eyewitness News spoke with Rita Blevins, who works across the street from the pawn shop.
“It just scared me because, like I said, we come in here at 4:30, 5:00 in the morning to open the store up by ourselves,” she said.
Police are speaking with witnesses who might have seen the killer in the area.
Officers ask anyone who was inside the store Monday to call the Granite Falls Police Department at 828-396-3358.
