Police: Girl, 12, Sexually Assaulted By Facebook Friends

Police in Charlotte are investigating the second violent crime connected to the Internet in just a few days.

Officers are searching for two men who sexually assaulted at 12-year-old girl .

Her father told police she met the two on the social networking Web site Facebook. He said she met them in person on Saturday on Stillwell Oaks Circle near North Sharon Amity Road and Central Avenue.

Police said the men sexually assaulted her. She did not suffer any serious physical injury.

Just two days before, a father and son were robbed when they tried to buy a car from someone they found on Craigslist.
