Rock Hill Man Accused Of DUI With 4 Kids In Car

 

ROCK HILL, S.C. —

Police said a Rock Hill man was driving drunk with four children in his car.

Trooper said Juan Alvarez-Ontiveros, 41, was weaving in and out of his lane on Celanese Road near the Rock Hill airport Sunday night.

Troopers said his blood alcohol level was 0.16 percent, which is double the legal limit in South Carolina of 0.08 percent.

Alvarez-Ontiveros is charged with driving under influence, child endangerment and operating a motor vehicle without a license, police said.
