The Rock the Vote bus tour made a stop at Paramount's Carowinds on Wednesday.

The tour stop will last until 6 p.m. this evening.

Rock the Vote is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to engaging young adults in the political process through entertainment, culture and increased youth voter turnout.

The Rock the Vote bus tour seeks to motivate young people to stand up for the issues they care about and to take an active role in determining their future by voting on Election Day.

MTV is a bus tour partner for Rock the Vote, which serves as the channel's primary voter registration partner for its "Choose or Lose: 20 Million Loud" initiative, that aims to mobilize 20 million voters aged 18-30 to the polls in November.
