Teenager Indicted In Statesville Convenience Store Slayings
STATESVILLE, N.C. —
A grand jury indicted Andrew Ramseur Monday.
Ramseur, 19, is charged with killing a local convenience store clerk and customer.
Ramseur was indicted on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Police said surveillance video shows Ramseur shooting Jennifer Vincek and Jeffrey Peck at a Shell station in Statesville in December.
