CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
Around 8:30 a.m., officers said a worker at the Citi Financial on South Boulevard walked in to find his co-worker tied up and robbed.
Police said the two men broke into a neighboring, vacant business and then cut a door-size hole in the wall to get in. Nearby businesses said officers came by to deliver a warning.
"Before you come into work, just look around, make sure there are no break-ins," business owner Kobe Amanfoh was told. "And before you open the door, just look inside to see if there's anything rattled inside."
Police didn't get detailed descriptions of the men but said one of them was wearing a Minnesota Vikings football jersey.
