Due to the North College Street Storm Drainage improvement project, College Street will be reduced to two lanes between Trade Street and East Fifth Street beginning on Monday, March 18 at 9 a.m. until Monday, April, 8 at 7 a.m. project. Use S. Tryon as an alternate route. More information can be found here:
