CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
Elizabeth Avenue in uptown will be down to one lane in each direction between McDowell Street and Kings Drive starting Sunday, March 3.
Utility crews will be working on the streetcar starter project which involves water line and storm water construction.
For alternate routes use 4th Street to get around the area.
