One lane of the ramp from inbound Independence Blvd. onto John Belk Freeway will be closed beginning at 10 a.m. through 4 p.m. on Thursday, November 29th. The exit ramp onto 6th St. will also be closed at that time. An NCDOT contractor will be completing upgrades to the overpass.
