CHARLOTTE, N.C. —
The U.S. House of Representatives will vote tomorrow to formally repeal the historic health care reform law.
Two weeks ago, the Supreme Court ruled health care reform constitutional.
The ruling, by a 5-4 vote, also gave Republicans new momentum to take the law off the books because the court determined the health care law is a tax.
Tomorrow's vote is expected to be huge for the November elections.
