Warrants Issued In Shelby Shooting

Shelby police are looking for a man they say tried to shoot another man to death.

Police have issued arrest warrants for Jacques Ross, 27. Investigators say he shot Ronald Ross on Sunday several times at a house on West Elm Street.

Ronald Ross is expected to recover.
