Family remembers man killed in unsolved concert stabbing

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — The family of a man stabbed to death three years ago during a Charlotte concert has planned a memorial service to spotlight the unsolved case.

The memorial service will be held at Reedy Creek Park, located at 2900 Rocky River Road (at shelter #3) on Sunday starting at 3 p.m.

The 24-year-old man was at a concert with Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz on July 26, 2013, when he was stabbed in the parking lot of the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre after an argument.

Witnesses saw several men get in a car and drive away.
