Police arrest pant-less prowler caught on camera lurking around NC homes

Police in North Carolina say they have arrested a man who’s been seen lurking in driveways and yards without any pants on.

WRAL reported 18-year-old Carlos Soto was arrested outside of Raleigh on Thursday and charged with indecent exposure.

In December, local media outlets reported Soto sometimes wore no pants. He had been seen on surveillance cameras throughout a neighborhood in the town of Clayton.

Clayton police said in a Facebook post that the man has been seen "walking directly across driveways near front doors."

In some security camera footage, police said Soto “is clearly not wearing shorts and can be seen crouching down near a backyard grill.”

Police said they aren’t sure what he was doing.
