FBI to review new emails linked to Clinton probe

In a stunning announcement just eleven days from the November elections, FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers in Congress that new information had come to light related to the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email server, and that the FBI would review the material, basically re-opening the investigation.
