CHARLOTTE — Meteorologist John Ahrens is tracking showers around the Charlotte area.
There will be a few downpours in Charlotte on Sunday night, but most of the rain will fall west of the area. It will likely fall west of Charlotte on Monday as well. The lapse in rain will allow temperatures to climb to near 90 degrees on Monday.
Temperatures will climb on Tuesday and Wednesday, with highs in the mid-90s.
