COLUMBIA, S.C. — Officials say a South Carolina teenager who was injured playing in winter weather has died.
Dorchester County Coroner Paul J. Brouthers said that 14-year-old Brandon Peacock was pronounced dead Saturday. The incident happened on Jan. 3.
Brouthers says Peacock was being pulled on an upside-down automobile hood behind a four-wheeler ATV when he hit a parked car.
Peacock was a student at Woodland High School.
