Our 'Big Game' For October 2 - Charlotte Christian at Charlotte Latin

Thank you everybody who voted, with nearly 5,000 votes, it was a very close race with the Charlotte Christian at Charlotte Latin matchup winning by a mere 200 votes over Mallard Creek at Lake Norman.

This game features two of the top teams every year in the Charlotte area and a rematch of last year's private school state championship game where Christian won the title.

Latin will be looking for payback on their home field this time and this game could be a preview of another state title game in December.

Both teams possess great skill players and are well coached. Something has got to give and we’ll find out Friday night.
