Well, Julie has started on her journey to battle breast cancer. She has had all of her tests, and they have inserted her port to administer the chemo that she will be starting Wednesday April 11. In knowing that Julie will be losing her hair fairly quickly, she decided to get a very stylish hair cut and meet her challenges head on!  (Pun intended)

A serendipitous fact for this part of this journey is that over the past 21 years, Julie has been donating her hair for wigs to be made for cancer patients. She was able to donate one last time by cutting her hair this short. Please see her before and after pictures included.

It is truly amazing to see the bravery in these women that are battling this disease.
