'Pioneer Woman' Ree Drummond's daughter arrested, record expunged

STILLWATER, Okla. — "The Pioneer Woman" star Ree Drummond's daughter Paige Drummond was arrested in April, and the incident is just now making headlines as multiple outlets learned of the arrest through court documents.

E! News reported that, according to documents it obtained, 19-year-old Paige Drummond was arrested for having and drinking alcohol underage. People reported that she was charged with possession of alcohol under the age of 21, a misdemeanor, as well as public intoxication on April 12 in Oklahoma, her home state.

The misdemeanor has a punishment of up to 30 days in jail, a fine of up to $100, or both.

The documents say that Paige Drummond appeared drunk and was found possessing an open container of beer, which she "did unlawfully possess and consume a non-intoxicating beverage, containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol measured by weight, in a public place," the document said.

According to the documents, Ree Drummond requested to have the arrest and court records expunged in May. That same month, the district attorney approved a request to dismiss both counts from her record, E! News reported, citing the documents.

A representative for Ree Drummond did not respond to People's request for comment.

Paige Drummond is the youngest daughter of Ree Drummond. The Food Network star also has sons Bryce Drummond, 16, and Todd Drummond, 15, and daughter Alex Drummond, 21, with her cattle rancher husband Ladd Drummond.
