Wonder what a K-9 does during its downtime?

If you're Roscoe, the Vacaville Police Department's police dog, one way is playing with a balloon.

Vacaville police shared video on Facebook of the dog jumping and chasing the airborne red balloon around an office.

Roscoe, a Dutch shepherd joined the force in 2014, according to The Reporter News. He was crowned Best in the West at the Western States Police Canine Association competition in October 2015, according to The Reporter News.
