The data comes from the top "how to spell" Google searches in each state.

For Washington, it's "pneumonia." The same goes for North Carolina and Missouri.

For Texas, it's "niece."

In Georgia, it's "appreciate," and New York struggles to spell "beautiful."

The word most states ask Google to spell is "cancelled," which can actually be spelled with either one or two letter L's.

Funnily enough, Alaska struggles the most to spell "Hawaii."

Massachusetts may top the list with its top word: "Massachusetts."
