Surveillance video captures teen's dramatic rescue of 3-year-old near drowning victim

The quick actions of a 9-year-old and CPR from a stranger might be the only reason a 3-year-old Titusville, Florida girl survived a near-drowning.
The toddler, Keyuna Jordan, was in the pool of a Titusville apartment complex Friday afternoon, when she went under for almost two minutes and stopped breathing.
Police said the children didn’t have an adult with them, and the Department of Children and Families was notified.

Jordan’s 9-year-old cousin noticed the child in the corner of the pool and pulled the child out of the water.
“I heard some kids in the background freaking out,” said Breanna Moseley, 18.
Surveillance video from the pool showed Moseley’s quick actions.
“Honestly, I just wanted to cry. I wanted to break down. I was like, a little girl just died in front of me,” she said.
Moseley had just gotten to the Timber Trace pool with her younger siblings when she heard the panic erupt.
“I walked over as quick as I could and saw she wasn’t breathing,” Moseley said.
Without hesitation, Moseley put the CPR she learned three years ago in high school to the test.
“I did mouth-to-mouth for a minute, did some light chest compressions. I didn’t want to hurt her,” she said.
Jordan began breathing on her own but was still flown to Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital in Orlando as a precaution.
Jordan’s aunt, Jasmine Johnson, said the girl is out of the hospital.
Police said Johnson sent Jordan and her cousins to the pool while she cleaned the apartment.
She said she was on her way to the pool when she heard about the incident.
