CHARLOTTE - The latest weather models show a chance of snowfall in Charlotte next week, particularly Tuesday. Forecast accumulations are not certain yet.
Leading up to this event, the weather will be quite mild. Some neighborhoods will see 60 degrees tomorrow.
On Monday the chill will return, with temperatures dropping back to the 40s. A developing storm will approach the area Monday night as temperatures fall to the 30s. Snow could possibly begin near the midnight hour into Tuesday, with a main event taking place Tuesday morning into Tuesday afternoon.
Some computer models predict the storm being right on top of Charlotte, while others place it farther south.
